Think learning.
- Get a field guide for birds, or trees, or bugs, or flowers, or mushrooms – anything you both find interesting, and take a field trip to search for them. Document with photos.
- Visit an art gallery or museum.
- Tour a local historical site together.
- Buy a book about a topic you are both interested in. Take turns reading it to each other at bedtime.
